Description
Luke is a registered quantity surveyor and brings to the company a unique skill in value engineering and costs. His previous working experiences in multi-professional environments ground him in the core principles of quantity surveying while acting as the platform to provide expert advice on matters construction.
Luke’s amiable personality, attention to detail, international exposure and experience in cost control is instrumental in our value engineering services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK). He also lectures at Strathmore Business School’s Construction Project Management program and has also presented to his fellow professionals at the IQSK’s seminars.

Description
Sylvester is a registered quantity surveyor. He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Construction Project Management from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. He is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. At QUBE, Sylvester is involved in all aspects of the quantity surveying practice.
His keen eye for detail and management skills, combined with his enthusiasm for innovation, has greatly contributed to the growth and development of the firm. He has been a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (2014 – 2019) and the Editor of ‘The Quantity Surveyor’, the official journal of the IQSK. He has also served in various task forces at the National Construction Authority and has been a published author with the International Cost Engineering Council.

Description
Martin is a registered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in handling large-scale construction projects. He is well versed in the practice and procedures of quantity surveying and project management for all kinds of construction projects. He has varied experience in busy and well-established consultancy firms, from where he has gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running building projects.
He is also well-grounded in both pre-contract and post-contract administration procedures and advisory services. Martin has been instrumental in the setting up our Mombasa offices and establishing a solid client base in the city. He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.

Description
Anthony is a results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful Assistant Quantity Surveyor and claims consultant. He has a lot of experience working for a Grade ‘A’ contractor as part of a busy team to effectively manage all costs and claims related to the construction of a multistory office block in Nairobi, Kenya.
He has a proven track record of minimizing construction costs in a project whilst enhancing value for money, so as to meet company goals and objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University-South Africa and is currently pursuing registration with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS).

She has varied experience which has imparted a first-hand understanding of the various aspects in running building projects. She is also quite well-versed in the latest construction software with a keen focus on efficiency & effectiveness. Her self-driven, open-minded approach to construction costing has greatly contributed to QUBE’s dynamism and growth.

He has previously been engaged in the busy construction industry during which he has acquired a broad range of invaluable experience in matters construction. His perceptive approach to construction projects blended with his knack for engaging with fellow professionals in projects makes him a valuable member of the QUBE Team.

Edel has a BA in International Relations with a minor in psychology. Her interests lie in languages and has good social skills.
Prior to joining QUBE, she has been working with Kubuni for the past three years and she worked at Oro lounge at the front desk before joining Coke Studio to work as an assistant film editor. She also has a diploma in French.
